IMPORTANT NOTES
1) According to Greek law, all yachts and boats in Greece cannot moor directly on the beach. Santorini Luxury Yachting has selected the best points for swimming and snorkeling, the closest possible from the beach.
2) Please note the name of your accommodation/ hotel at the comments section, and any other special request about your reservation.
3) Please provide your contact details (or the contact details of your host). A day before the cruise, you receive the pick-up confirmation.
4) Bring a photo of your passport or ID card.
5) It is recommended to have with your sunglasses, sunhat, sunscreen, dry clothes.
6) Passengers must remove their shoes, before embarkation.
7) Hot Springs: It is good to know that catamarans/yachts stop 50 m away from the warm yellowish water of the Hot Springs. The temperature in the Hot Springs is up to 4ºC warmer than the clear water. Guests swim securely close to the volcano.
8) This is a suggested route thus it is at Captain’s disposal to make any route changes to ensure maximum safety and wellbeing of quests.
9) Scheduled times and itinerary may vary according to weather conditions and sunset time.
Cancelation policy
Semi-Private Cruise: No fee is charged for cancellation prior 7 days before the confirmed book date. Cancellations made 6 days before the date of the reservation, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Private Cruise: No fee is charged for cancellation prior 7 days before the confirmed book date. Cancellations made 6 days before the date of the reservation, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
If the cancellation is made for changing the day of the reservation, no extra fee is applied but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour then the cancellation terms concerning the time factor are applied.
The company reserves the right:
a) to change or modify the route of the scheduled cruise or to cancel it due to inclement weather or for reasons it deems that they should not ensure safety for the customer. In case of cancellation 100% refund of the down or full payment is applied.
b) To carry out the trip with any vessel of the same category depending on the availability and the conditions governing its operations and with the commitment that in any case it will provide to the customer the agreed services.
